For the comfort of my fellow stylists, their guests and the salon space, I kindly ask alternate care arrangements for children under the age of 12 without a scheduled reservation. Additionally, please be advised that only service animals are permitted within the salon premises.
Life can be unpredictable, and I understand that circumstances may necessitate adjustments to your scheduled reservation. I strive to accommodate changes with flexibility:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation incur no charges.
- For cancellations or rescheduling within the 48-hour window, a 50% charge of the missed service will be applied to your profile, payable before scheduling another reservation.
- No calls/no-shows will result in a 100% charge for the missed service, payable before booking any subsequent appointments.
I adhere to a time and material pricing structure, emphasizing transparent communication. While we make every effort to communicate any delays promptly, your time is highly valued. Please reciprocate by arriving punctually for your reservations, preferably 5 minutes early.
- If running late, please notify me promptly. If more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be rescheduled or the service shortened, with charges based on the original start time.
- Timely communication about lateness minimizes disruptions and ensures consideration for other clients.
